The National Tri-Trade Solar Agreement (NTTSA) provides an all-in-one labor solution for utility-scale renewable energy projects. This partnership unites three of North America’s leading labor organizations: the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), the Laborers’ International Union of North America (LiUNA), and the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE).
